READY.STEADY.BALANCE for class participants

This resource has been designed for older adults who can stand with minimal support. Version 1 is an introductory programme, version 2 builds onto the initial exercises. Each exercise is low impact that will help improve leg strength and balance. We recommend completing this programme (or an equivalent strength and balance class) twice a week.
