Peanut Butter Balls

Here's a wee snack that is easy to pull together with ingredients from the cupboard. Make sure to store them in an airtight container in the fridge to help them last for a few extra days.
1/3 cup unsalted peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup low-fat dry milk powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons digestive biscuits crumbs
1) Mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
2) Combine mixture with the milk powder, oats, and digestive biscuits crumbs.
3) Scoop out and shape into balls. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
