It has been a much anticipated week within the sport and recreation sector as Sport NZ relaunched the iconic Push Play campaign. The resurgence of the memorable kiwi campaign comes at a time when New Zealanders’ have begun to feel less motivated to be active following the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Push Play campaign aims to tackle this by encouraging the nation to get moving in a way that suits them.

This week, we were excited to join in on the celebration of Samoa language week, which took place between the 29th of May and the 4th of June. This year’s core theme for Vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa - Samoa Language Week - is Fa’aāuāu le Folauga i le Va’a o Tautai: Continue the Voyage with Competent Wayfinders of the Ocean. View the Ministry for Pacific Peoples calendar of events to check out the wonderful events that have taken place throughout the week.
