Governance Support

Strong governance is essential to building capable, sustainable organisations and delivering quality experiences across our region. At Nuku Ora, we recognise that most governance roles across our sector are filled by passionate volunteers - and we’re here to support them.

We offer a range of workshops and support options to help build governance capability, improve performance, and create clarity around the roles and responsibilities of boards and committees.
