Enliven Modified Tai Chi
Gentle Start
Modified Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise that combines deep breathing with slow gentle and deliberate movements. Practiced regularly it is known to significantly improve health and wellbeing. Enliven’s modified Tai Chi has been adapted to suit older people and those living with mobility issues or disability. The exercises can be completed either sitting or standing.
