Shelly Bay Total Fitness - The Circuit Classes 


This is a group for anyone who enjoys the fun of exercising but does not enjoy the gym environment. This group likes the challenge of new kinds of exercise incorporating core body shapes and concentrated movements that incorporate use of bands and sometimes rings along with challenging cardio both inside and outside (when the weather allows). This exercise creates an all-round fitness programme that yields muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness and is a fitness programme that leaves you completely energised. This group also has a strong social element that meets every Saturday at Chocolate Fish after a morning class for coffee and banter:)

A circuit style strength and fitness class to improve or maintain fitness, coordination, power, and strength. Each class includes a standing warm-up and a combination of seated, standing and lying down exercises done in a circuit. The exercises range from low to high impact and are suitable for those who can get down and up off the floor with no or minimal assistance.
